Retention and download
Your documents stay available for the whole subscription, at least 3 months guaranteed; the cockpit shows that date for each document. The full export — signed documents, audit trails and an index — is available at any time, and we warn you before a space is closed.

Which documents can you send?
Upload several files with one main PDF to sign and its annexes, or a single .asice container whose documents are extracted. The two modes cannot be combined in one upload.
Annexes are shown to signers. Download formats depend on the signing path chosen.
Which terms are set before you start?
Your quote sets out volumes, retention, support and set-up services. The data processing terms detail hosting, access, backups and the external providers used for signing or extraction.
