Free exploratory call (45 min)
A short technical conversation to understand your hypothesis, your constraints, and whether Hidacs is a good fit. No commitment, no preparation needed on your side. If we're not the right team, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Pilot — Proof of concept
A scoped, deliverable-based engagement (typically 4–10 weeks) that validates the technical risk of your project. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before kickoff. Output: a working prototype, a feasibility report, or a measured benchmark — depending on what you need. Pilots are the right starting point when you're not sure yet whether the technology can deliver what you hope it will.
Monthly retainer
For teams that need ongoing R&D capacity without recruiting in-house. Reserved hours per month, multi-month commitment, quarterly review. Best when you have a roadmap of audio/ML topics to work through and want a steady senior partner rather than a one-shot vendor.
Pricing
Engagements are scoped and priced per project, on a transparent basis. We discuss budget during the exploratory call — there's no value in negotiating in the dark. As a rough order of magnitude, our pilots typically range from 5 to 25 days of senior engineering work; retainers start at half-time monthly capacity.
